MASH-UP: Die Stunde da wir nichts voneinander wussten by Peter Handke
feat. The Shining by Stanley Kubrick

A pair of artists and their child retreat into a vacant Viennese theatre—closed because of the pandemic—for a period of creative self‑isolation. Until the building’s ultimate fate is decided, they are allowed to occupy it as a hideaway on the condition that they serve as its caretaker. The theatre, however, is a historic structure that has fulfilled countless roles over the centuries, welcomed thousands of visitors, and been the setting for innumerable tragedies. “Places remember everything,” they say, and events leave invisible traces where they occurred — do those traces affect us, too?

Clairvoyant, sensitive, and otherwise gifted individuals often perceive and feel exactly what happened — or will happen — in such locations. The three family members grow increasingly odd toward one another during their stay, eventually spiraling into a chilling drama. Is this merely the result of the house’s lingering presence, or have they brought something of their own into it?

Discover the house’s secrets and come face‑to‑face with its restless spirits. Follow the characters step by step through their gripping story, diving into the unseen depths of OFF THEATER. Do you see far more than anyone else? Do you have “The Shining”?
